As a core team member you are considered a role model to our clients who are hungry for the right help. At the heart of the hope program is traditional counselling and powerful group work. As well as the core work of delivering therapy you will be asked to contribute to more general tasks ensuring the smooth running of the rehab center.┬аWe expect all our staff to conduct themselves professionally at all times. We expect complete concentration and commitment to the job and an ability to practice self care at the same time.
You will learn to deliver a highly structured program including elements from┬а12 step recovery┬аand┬аCBT core-beliefs┬аand┬аaffirmation tools, meditation. Guide and nurture your clients along their path of recovery.
We work with a mainly primary-addiction based client group, of course, many clients will also explore the driver behind the drug or alcohol use however our focus is to┬аteach our clients how to remain clean and sober.
