What to Bring to Rehab and How to Pack for Treatment

Coming to rehab is an important step, and one of the first questions we get asked is тАШWhat should I bring?тАЩ Obviously most importantly is to bring yourself, along with some motivation and willingness. Otherwise, the main goal is to be comfortable, in group, out and about and in the gym. DonтАЩt worry too much as in Thailand you can buy clothes and toiletries easily and cheaply.
Hope is not too strict about what you can bring and not bring with you. However, we do have a policy worth reading. Have a brief look at the checklist and a list of prohibited items. ItтАЩs all common sense but if there is something you are not sure about best check with us before bring it.
