We Highly Value Client Referrals
The most obvious sign that we are doing something right at Hope is the high proportion of our clients that come through referrals. Those who have successfully completed our program are often eager to spread the word, and this is the best possible promotion we could hope for.
As our reputation has grown, we have also seen the number of professional referrals increase significantly, and this is obviously something we want to encourage.
Let’s be honest here, it costs a fortune to reach potential clients through advertisements because it is such a competitive market. We would much rather use this money for actual treatment, and referrals make that increasingly possible.
Do You Have a Client Who Might Benefit from the Hope Rehab Thailand Program?
We greatly appreciate it when other professionals working in the field of addiction (and related areas) feel able to recommend our services to their clients. Our continued success is dependent on referrals, so it is something we are keen to promote.
We understand that by referring a client to Hope Rehab Thailand, you are placing your trust in us. You will want to be reassured that this trust is warranted. Our team is always happy to discuss any questions or concerns you might have by phone or email. If you happen to be visiting Thailand, you are welcome to drop in for a chat – just contact us beforehand so we can arrange for someone to show you around.
We are keen to work in partnership with other professionals – especially if it helps our clients to transition to long-term recovery from addiction. We believe this goal is best achieved when there is good communication, a client-centered focus, and good understanding between those involved. We promise to do what we can to keep concerned professionals updated and involved in aftercare planning where appropriate.
Do You Pay Money for Referrals?
Unfortunately, this is not something that we are able to do for a number of one reasons. On a practical level, we could not afford to do this. We are committed to offering treatment to as many people as possible, and this requires that we keep costs low. There just isn’t any extra money to pay for referrals.
Another reason why we don’t pay for referrals is that it just doesn’t sit right with us – it seems a bit unethical. We want people referred to us because of the standard of our care and not because of a financial reward. We teach our clients about the importance of honesty in their dealings, so we have to practice what we preach.
Please contact us by phone or email if you would like to chat about a potential referral.
