Vinny’s meditation is favorite of many clients because of his soothing and reassuring voice. In this 14-minute guided meditation, he guides you into a state of relaxation and acceptance. Please feel free to use this recording so you can continue your practice once you return home.
You can do this meditation sitting in a chair, in a regular meditation position or even lying down. It is a good idea to wear loose-fitting clothing when you meditate, and it is best not to practice directly after dinner.
