You will learn to deliver a highly structured program including elements from 12 step recovery and CBT core-beliefs and affirmation tools. Guide and nurture your clients along their path of recovery.

We work with a mainly primary-addiction based client group, of course many clients will also explore the driver behind the drug or alcohol use however our focus is to teach our clients how to remain clean and sober.

Role models are a big part of what we look for in staff at Hope Rehab, those of you that have overcome your problems and put your lives in order by using recovery tools and a daily program.

If you can inspire someone to change then you can help and motivate people to stretch themselves to become what they dream of being!!!

All staff are accepted with promotional prospects in mind. This means as you learn our ways and become competent so you will be given more responsibility and senior roles. We are looking for people who actively want to learn and grow.

The next step is to have a telephone conversation with our team coordinator. An uncomplicated life is necessary to move to Thailand and work for Hope. To succeed at Hope it is important to be solution focused (not problem focused) with a positive helpful attitude. After all we are role models for our clients.

The program is a simple mix of the Steps and CBT – we will teach you our CBT and group session plans. The program consists of a simple workbook for clients and sober-coach to complete.

The environment in Thailand can be hot and sticky so mobility and fitness is important, this also fits with our program. A keen interest in Fitness, yoga, meditation etc is valued – We take our clients out and about so driving is a bonus. You will completing intakes and admissions and telephone assessments. Help clients with step work and escort clients on excursions.
